The largest bets in legal technology are aimed at the substance of legal work: research, drafting, the analysis a lawyer is trained to do. Nearly everyone is building there. Almost no one is building for the thing a firm runs on: its people. Ratio is built with human capital as its top priority. It reads how each lawyer is developing, surfaces who is suited to which work, and shows a firm how its talent is actually being used, so the right people reach the right matters. A firm’s greatest asset is its people. Ratio is being built to help firms see that asset clearly and use it well.
Ratio is in active development, built by a team of engineers with continuous input from practicing litigators who know the work firsthand. The product is on track to roll out in January 2027.
